This new board from Intel can be seen as a "fill-in". After Intel stopped production on Atom D2700 CPU, they needed replacement for the D2700MUD and D2700DC mainboard (We have some small stock left!)
The D2550MUD2 is equipped with a D2550 CPU. (2x 1.86Ghz instead of 2x 2.13Ghz CPU with D2700x models)
